Please note that the final decision depends on the manufacturer, who analyzes the case and decides whether the warranty applies or not.
How do we handle your warranty?
- Information collection: we request the essential details (order/invoice number, photos or videos, detailed description of the issue, installation/usage date, etc.).
- Submission to the manufacturer: we forward the case to the brandâs official technical service.
- Manufacturerâs analysis: the brand reviews the documentation and may request the product for physical inspection if necessary, or ask for additional information.
- Resolution: we inform you of the outcome as soon as the manufacturer issues their verdict (approval, repair, replacement, or rejection) and guide you on the next steps.
Important: The resolution time does not depend on Motoscoot, but mainly on the manufacturerâs response times.
