Scope and duration of the warranty (standard use)
Products intended for standard use come with a legal conformity warranty of three (3) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The warranty covers non-conformities existing at the time of delivery (manufacturing or material defects).
Racing products (different terms)
Products designed or intended for competition (track/high-performance use) are not included under the legal three (3)-year warranty regime.
Their coverage, if any, is subject exclusively to the manufacturerâs commercial warranty, with the conditions and timeframes set by the manufacturer for this type of product.
Warranty approval (always decided by the manufacturer)
In all cases (standard use and racing products), the final determination of whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by misuse/incorrect installation/handling/improper maintenance/wear belongs to the manufacturer or its authorized technical service.
If the manufacturer determines misuse or an uncovered cause, the warranty will not apply.
Customer rights (products with applicable warranty)
The customer may request a repair or replacement (unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate).
If these are not viable, they may opt for a price reduction or contract termination with a refund of the amount paid.
Warranty actions are free of charge for the customer (including transport, labor, and materials).
The warranty period is suspended while the product is under repair or replacement; if replaced, the new item inherits the remaining warranty period.
Transport damage
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, note it on the carrierâs delivery slip and report it within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.

The warranty does not cover, among others: impacts, incorrect installation, modifications, improper maintenance, use other than intended, wear and tear, and consumables.
