In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, the Customer who qualifies as a consumer has an extended period of up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been unsealed, used, or show signs of manipulation.

  • Products made to specific order, according to the customer's instructions (for example, spare parts or accessories ordered on request).


Return procedure

To process a return, the Customer must do so exclusively through the return form. You can find all the information at the following link:

How to make a return?

The product must be sent:

  • In the same original box in which it was delivered or, if that is not possible, in packaging that guarantees its protection during transport.

  • In perfect condition, unused and unmanipulated.

The shipment must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the return form.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, who may freely choose whether to use our shipping service or send it by their own means.


Refund

Once the product has been received and its proper condition verified, Motoscoot will proceed to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the Customer communicated their intention to return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Motoscoot will not issue any refund until the product has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, unmanipulated, and in its original packaging.
