Electrical items:
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and unused (e.g. wrong connection, Yamaha, Ducati, etc., type of fitting, different year, etc.). If Motoscoot has any doubts, the case will not be processed as a return but as a warranty claim. Before proceeding, we will contact the customer.

OUTLET items:
Outlet items and refurbished items sold through channels other than directly on the Motoscoot.net website are excluded from warranty and from any subsequent claims.
