At Motoscoot, we work with couriers who will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don’t worry—there are several options.

What happens if they can’t deliver?

• The courier may contact you via SMS, email, or phone call to arrange a new delivery attempt.
• In some cases, you can pick up your parcel at the nearest courier depot. It’s important to do this quickly, as carriers usually only hold packages for a few business days before returning them to our warehouse.

Important: If your order is returned because it wasn’t collected on time, reshipping may incur additional costs.

Can I track or reschedule the delivery?

Yes. With the tracking number we send you by email, you can check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

Some couriers also allow you to change the delivery address or schedule a new delivery date through their online portal.

Delivery times

Couriers do not have a fixed delivery schedule. Depending on your area, deliveries may be made in the morning, at midday, or in the afternoon.
