How does cash on delivery work at Motoscoot?

At Motoscoot, you have the option to pay for your order cash on delivery, that is, directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

🔹 Conditions for cash on delivery:

1. Available only in mainland Spain and Portugal. (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla not included).
2. The order amount must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
3. This payment method has shipping costs starting from €8.90, which may vary depending on the volume or weight of the order.
4. We do not offer free shipping for orders paid cash on delivery, regardless of the cart total.
5. Cash on delivery is available only for orders with an amount over €20 and under €250.
6. It is recommended to have the exact amount available at the time of delivery, as the courier may not carry change. 
7. We only accept cash payments; cards and cheques are not accepted.

🔄 Returns with cash on delivery

In case of an approved return, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the account you provide. To speed up the process, you will need to provide us with a valid IBAN account number.
