Can I combine my points with other discount codes?

No. Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire one year after they are earned. We recommend using them before they expire.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If an order is refunded (fully or partially), the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account accordingly.

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If your order is cancelled, the points earned from that order will be cancelled as well.
